Hany Constantin is the founder and president of CIMES. In the last 5 years, Hany had been providing consultancy services at Constant Consultants to global and local organisations in project development, project management and plant management in the petrochemical industry for the region. Prior to Constant Consultants, Hany held key regional leadership positions in ExxonMobil (NYSE: XOM) and Tyco International (NYSE: TYC) in Asia, Europe and North America. He brings together a unique blend of general management in senior operating roles, specialising in engineering and construction; technology and new ventures; human resources; and safety, health and environmental. Hany graduated as a Mechanical Engineer from Laval Univ. in Quebec.
Steven Kantorowicz SVP Technology & New Ventures
Steven has 41 years experience in Olefins, Polyolefins and Petrochemicals in Technical, Management, Business Development and Technology Marketing positions, with in-depth knowledge of the Petrochemical Industry through face-to-face business dealings with the world’s major producers and technology providers.
His specialty is Ethylene Plant Complexes (feeds from ethane through gas oils) including cracking yields and cryogenic/ refrigeration aspects of Olefins production, being considered a subject matter expert in this regard, speaking at industry conferences worldwide.
Before his appointment with CIMES, Steven was employed by KBC Advanced Technology, Lummus Technology and Exxon Chemical Company in a variety of technical, planning, process design, troubleshooting, business development and licensing roles in the Olefins, Petrochemicals and Polyolefins Education Steven’s education includes a BS and MEng in Chemical Engineering from Cornell University.
Omar Alattas has 20 years of professional experience in running and advising various businesses, across many industries and vertical sectors. In each of his roles, Omar Alattas held leadership positions.
Having had a strong foothold in running a regional business, Omar Alattas then joined a US Fortune 100 MNC as Asia Head of Learning and Development for over 11000 staff across 14 Asian countries. He set up the Asia Sales Training Academy and helped orient the organization in the development of a sales-centric culture. Omar also introduced a seamless sales process across much of Asia, incorporating much of the global best practices.
Omar Alattas has also played key advisory and consultancy roles for various organizations in Human Capital Management especially in Organization Development (OD) and Organization Effectiveness (OE) as well as in Business Development and Sales Effectiveness. Additionally, Omar Alattas has been lecturing various UK, US and Australian University degree programs over the years in Business Management, Media and Politics, Communications, and Literary Studies.
Monica Tung is CIMES' Operations Manager. She holds a Bachelor of Accountancy and a Master of Business Administration from the National University of Singapore. She has many years of experience holding leadership position in finance and accounting for multinational companies in the Petroleum, Oil & Gas Industry.
Moreover, Monica worked for many years in the Public Sector holding managerial position for the Central Provident Fund (CPF) Board and the Ministry of Community Development, Youth & Sports..
Liezl Camino is CIMES' Operations Administrator. She began her professional career in the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry with Sutherland Global Services - Davao, Philippines for 3 years. She played a vital role in Sutherland's successful launch in Davao as one of the first 24 agents that went live for a Symantec Essential Horizon (Customer Service and Technical Support) - a pioneering account serving the NAM, EMEA and APAC regions.
Moreover, Liezl was promoted to a higher position after demonstrating ability to effectively monitor, analyse and able to handle associates effectively. She started as an Agent to Subject Matter Expert (SME), Team Leader to Program Supervisor; overseeing staff activities, conducts quality audits, taking escalation calls from clients - focusing on understanding and meeting customer needs and actively works toward organizational improvement and professional growth. She was once nominated as "Sutherlander of the month" and has received special recognition as one of the company's Bravo Centurion awardee. She has attended several training programs and strategized e-learning environment.
A Filipino citizen, Liezl graduated from the University of Mindanao - Davao City, Philippines with a degree in Accountancy.
